Graphic Designer – Events

Location: Surrey, UK, Hybrid (1 day a week)

At Nteractive, we create experiences that bring brands to life — from global events and immersive environments to digital campaigns and live activations. Our Creative Studio sits at the heart of everything we do, shaping how audiences see, feel and interact with some of the world’s leading brands.

We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer (2D) to join our growing creative team and support the delivery of bold, strategically driven design across digital, print and live environments.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the wider Creative team, you’ll support the creation and delivery of high-quality design work across a wide range of projects — including live experiences, digital campaigns and new business pitches.

You’ll be involved across the full creative process, from early concept exploration through to final design execution and production-ready artwork, developing your skills while contributing to impactful creative output.

You’ll also support pitch and proposal work, helping bring ideas to life and contributing to work that wins and delivers projects for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of creative concepts for digital, print and live brand experiences
  • Translating ideas and briefs into strong design executions across digital, UX, motion, print and environmental graphics
  • Producing high-quality artwork, templates, presentations and production-ready assets
  • Assisting with branding, wayfinding and customer journey materials for live activations
  • Conducting design research across trends, technology, user behaviour and innovation to inform creative work
  • Supporting pitch and new business projects alongside senior creative team members
  • Presenting work and ideas internally and contributing to creative reviews
  • Collaborating with production and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of assets
  • Actively responding to feedback and continuously improving creative output
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative and ambitious studio culture

What you will bring

  • Experience in a Graphic Design role within an agency, events, brand experience or creative environment
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop essential)
  • Good understanding of design across digital, print and live environments
  • Experience developing ideas from concept through to final artwork (with support where needed)
  • Strong typography, layout and composition skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative approach and confidence working with wider teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive mindset
  • Clear communication skills and enthusiasm for creative work
  • Motion, 3D or CAD skills are beneficial but not essential
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline is desirable

Why you’ll love working here

  • Work with globally recognised technology and lifestyle brands
  • Be part of a collaborative, ambitious and creatively driven studio
  • Work on immersive live experiences, digital campaigns and brand activations
  • Learn from experienced senior creatives across a multidisciplinary team
  • See your work brought to life at global events and experiences
  • Genuine opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced international agency

Benefits

  • 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
  • Hybrid working with flexibility
  • Pension scheme (5% employee / 3% employer)
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cash Plan
  • Life Insurance
  • Enhanced Maternity Pay
  • Wellbeing & Inclusion initiatives (including EAP)
  • Birthday Day Off
  • Summer Hours
  • Volunteering Day
  • Rewards & Recognition incentives
  • Generous Talent Referral Scheme

Additional requirements

  • Ability to work from a suitable home environment when remote
  • Hybrid working with occasional office attendance for collaboration and project delivery
  • Minimum broadband speed: 25MB download / 2MB upload
