The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Hospitality Coordinator is instrumental in the execution of client programs and a critical part of our team. The individual will support Hospitality Managers and Directors in day-to-day project tasks, and work to ensure that our programs and projects are running smoothly. The Hospitality Coordinator will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment where every day is different. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, hard-working and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.
- Support the Hospitality team across several clients specific to the premium tv, sports, training and education industry including (but not limited to) administrative tasks, project management, creative development, research, monthly program planning, budgeting, incentives, team organization, etc.
- Work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients (Client Services, Creative, Production).
- Partnering and managing a variety of vendor relationships.
- Some travel may be required.
- Other job-related duties as specified by your manager and client business.
You Have These:
- An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university. Agency Experience or previous internship is a plus.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
- Comfort with presenting and speaking to clients.
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks.
- Problem-solving in complex situations.
- Pleasant, positive attitude.
- Time management – ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
