The Role and What You'll Do:

The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and optimization of CRM strategies to acquire and engage customers throughout their journey with the Olymplic and Paralympic Hospitality program. Additionally, this role needs to work to support the direct sales team in driving awareness and b2b leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in lifecycle marketing, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for understanding the Olympic cultural phenomenon. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and impactful marketing campaigns that enhance the consumer experience and drive long-term loyalty.

Support the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey.
Assist in developing and implementing personalized campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, app, and direct mail.
Leverage customer data and analytics to segment audiences and craft targeted messaging that resonates with different customer segments.
Design and optimize customer journeys to enhance the overall customer experience and increase lifetime value.
Manage a calendar of lifecycle marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Manage marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline and scale lifecycle marketing efforts.
Conduct regular A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics for customer engagement and retention.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to ensure the program remains innovative and competitive.
Work closely with the Senior Digital Director to support day-to-day operations.

You Have These:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.
Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.
Proven track record of supporting and executing successful lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is extremely preferred).
Experience partnering with data analysts to build effective reports and dashboards that enable data-driven iteration.
Knowledge of emerging lifecycle marketing trends and technologies.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$73,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$98,000 annually
