As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity behind electrifying entertainment and lifestyle experiences. From music festivals to sports activations, from immersive content to brand storytelling, your ideas will translate into powerful visual narratives that move people.
You’ll be an integral player on our Creative Team, bringing conceptual prowess, design mastery, and a strong work ethic to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You’ll ideate and execute high-impact design solutions in alignment with strategic brand direction and creative briefs—often integrating cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI, 3D modeling, to produce compelling creative work.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you are not only a visual problem-solver but also a conceptual thinker, driven by curiosity and energized by the creative process. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing compelling visuals that support campaigns, brand storytelling, and live event experiences. Your work will range from initial concept mockups to high-fidelity production-ready assets, with an emphasis on innovation, polish, and relevance to target audiences.
You’ll collaborate with our Client Services, Strategy, Digital Media, and Events teams, ensuring visual excellence at every touchpoint. You’ll advocate bold ideas, present concepts to internal and external stakeholders, and iterate based on constructive feedback to deliver impactful design work that elevates the Loud And Live brand and that of our clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptual Development & Execution: Develop bold, creative concepts and design solutions based on strategic briefs. Translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives using a diverse range of mediums including 2D/3D design, AI-enhanced illustrations, and experiential mockups.
- Multidisciplinary Design Projects: Design across a broad array of projects—event branding, digital and social content, motion graphics, signage, experiential activations, presentations, and more.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams—creative, digital, strategy, and client services—to ensure design solutions are aligned with brand guidelines, project goals and established timelines.
- Creative Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers; contribute to fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Feedback-Driven Iteration: Present and refine concepts based on feedback from creative leads, project stakeholders, and clients. Maintain a growth mindset in every revision.
- Project Management: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Ability to self-direct and also thrive in collaborative group efforts.
- Craft & Detail: Engage in hands-on design including image retouching, color correction, typography refinement, and layout precision. Consistently deliver production-ready files across print and digital formats.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5–7 years of professional design experience in a creative agency, media company, or marketing team setting—preferably in entertainment, sports, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in a diverse suite of design software and graphics editing tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma.
- Working knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) and generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E).
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI/UX tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality work across digital, print, and experiential mediums.
- Demonstrable expertise in design methodologies such as prototyping, wireframing, and user experience design principles.
- Proven ability to interpret briefs, ideate strategically, and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Experience presenting and articulating design concepts to stakeholders.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable time management acumen and adeptness at juggling multiple projects concurrently.
- Aptitude for problem-solving coupled with an insatiable appetite for creativity and innovation.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strong plus.
