What You’ll Do:
As the Manager, Stakeholder Sales, you will play a key role in selling and servicing premium Olympic travel packages to key stakeholders within the Olympic Movement, including corporate partners, sponsors, and other high-profile clients. Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Account Management, you will be responsible for developing tailored hospitality solutions, engaging in business development, and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients attending the Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
This role requires a sales-driven, client-focused professional with a strong ability to identify opportunities, manage relationships, and customize travel and hospitality programs that meet the unique needs of each client. You will be responsible for prospecting new business, maintaining strong partnerships, and delivering high-end Olympic experiences that align with client objectives.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with Olympic stakeholders, including corporate sponsors and partners.
- Customize and sell tailored travel and hospitality packages, ensuring solutions align with the unique needs of each client.
- Drive revenue growth by managing a pipeline of leads, converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Conduct strategic outreach and sales presentations, including prospecting for custom groups and high-value clients.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring a seamless sales process and exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, corporate groups, and Olympic-related organizations.
- Program Execution & Operational Support
- Work closely with ticketing, travel, accommodations, and hospitality teams to ensure flawless execution of client programs.
- Oversee contracting, invoicing, and fulfillment processes, ensuring all commitments are met.
- Continuously refine sales processes to enhance efficiency, client experience, and revenue generation.
- Strategic Market & Sales Support
- Partner with marketing teams to develop sales materials and promotional content tailored to stakeholders.
- Provide market insights to enhance sales strategy and client engagement efforts.
- Represent On Location at industry events and high-profile meetings to build relationships and generate new business.

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management within hospitality, sports events, or luxury travel.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close sales with high-profile clients and corporate groups.
- Experience customizing travel packages and hospitality solutions for premium clients.
- Strong understanding of strategic prospecting and relationship management in a high-end sales environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
- Ability to effectively manage a pipeline, track performance, and meet sales targets.
Travel:
Must be adaptable and flexible with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$90,000 annually
