The Role and What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day management and activation across multiple entertainment based partnerships.
Day-to-day management of international client’s global partnership portfolio, with a focus on entertainment properties in music, art, design and fashion.
Engage with and manage multiple properties in these spaces to develop and execute comprehensive partnership programmes in global markets.
Ensure all partnership programme rights are leveraged to best effect, to drive best outcomes for for client.
Manage multiple internal stakeholders (PR, strategy, experiential, content, etc.)
Assist with the creation and implementation of materials to support partnerships and client strategy, including preparing presentations, guideline documents and other items to be presented to the client, partners and relevant stakeholders.
Manage the partnership approvals process with the client and their partners / rightsholder, by having an in-depth knowledge of activation guidelines and objectives.
Track, manage, update and recap activations, approvals and deliverables.
Manage finance processes, including, but not limited to, partnership invoices, client POs, vendor forms
Coordinate with internal teams, including strategy, creative, experiential, content to ensure client is accurately represented and standards are upheld.
Provide and incorporate general insight and industry best practices.
You Have These:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 6-10 years of agency or client-based partnership account management
Cultural curiosity, with an interest in and knowledge of culturally resonant platforms.
Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships in the entertainment space, ideally across music, art, design and fashion on behalf of a client or company.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and partnership programmes simultaneously
Participation in partnership contract negotiations
Superior client relationship and handling skills, with experience in managing day to day relationships with client.
Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with agency(s) and vendors
Highly organised, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think both strategically and creatively
Ability to problem solve independently and in groups
Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel 30% of the time (estimated)
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Understanding of the business of partnerships is a plus
