Impact XM is a global leader in event and experiential marketing. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (Pharmaceutical) join our team supporting Healthcare focused clients. The Senior Account Managerwill be responsible for leading and supporting key pharmacuetical accounts as defined by the business and the performance against key KPI’s and financial targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Client & Relationship Management
- Be the primary contact and trusted advisor for some of our biggest clients (think $500K+ annual revenue).
- Build rock-solid relationships with key stakeholders, earning their trust by consistently delivering results.
- Develop retention strategies and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Own client onboarding, strategic business reviews, and all the little (but important) moments in between.
- Partner with our Sales and Account Directors on RFPs, proposals, and new business pitches.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Oversee full lifecycle management of complex experiential projects—from big-picture planning to boots-on-the-ground execution.
- Lead internal teams, timelines, and deliverables while keeping everyone focused and aligned.
- Coordinate with Estimating, Field Services, and Fulfillment teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Navigate show rules, regulations, and logistics like a pro, ensuring flawless execution every time.
Financial Oversight
- Own your budgets and keep projects profitable (40%+ gross margin is the goal).
- Estimate repeat business confidently and work closely with our Global Estimating team on new, large-scale activations.
- Keep everything clean and accurate in our internal systems—from initial quoting to final invoicing.
- Partner with Finance to ensure timely billing and resolve any outstanding issues.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Share your expertise by coaching Account Managers and Coordinators—you’re someone they can look up to.
- Help build individual development plans and foster a team culture that’s positive, proactive, and always learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote best practices and keep performance high across the board.
- Contribute to recruiting and onboarding new team members as our team continues to grow.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- 2–5+ years of experience managing large, complex accounts in experiential marketing—agency experience is a big plus.
- Deep experience in pharmaceutical marketing—you understand the regulatory landscape and what it takes to execute successfully.
- A knack for managing multiple projects at once without dropping the ball.
- Polished communication skills—you’re confident in the boardroom and clear in your documentation.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
