This full-time position based in the Northeast region will be responsible for developing and executing experiential events for designated client with an exciting portfolio of spirits brands.
The Amazing Things You’ll Do:
Manage a dedicated activation team that will plan and execute all Experiential Marketing brand programs and events for a variety of brands within the client’s portfolio
Act as primary top-to-top event contact for clients and translate their vision into best-in-class Experiential programs
Collaborate with clients to develop a comprehensive planning workback timeline for all brand programs and events annually, and hold activation, internal and external teams accountable for hitting key milestones
Serve as the strategic lead on the development and execution of all programs and events within scope (oversight of end-to-end process)
Critically evaluate all creative brief response estimates and deliverables with internal Creative department prior to client
Collaborate with key stakeholders to write and deliver post-event reports, providing informed insights and forward recommendations
Oversight of budget development and ongoing management for brand programs plus events through final reconciliation
Work with team to create, submit and execute Schedules of Work for all brand programs and events
Assess resourcing for the activation team based on life cycle of events (i.e., planning, on-site execution, pre-production, and wrap up) to make informed requests for additional needs
Approval of event recaps and ability to leverage learning & insights to make data-driven recommendations moving forward
What Cool Things You Bring to the Table:
5-7 years Experiential Marketing experience in agency client services role
Experience managing 4+ direct reports to service day-to-day business
Prior spirits experience is a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, strategic thinker, and proactive problem solver
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
Remain calm under pressure when navigating competing priorities
Have strong written, verbal and public speaking skills
Strong budget management skills
Ability to travel to priority events
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com is ideal
Based in Northeast region located near transportation hub
Regular visits to NYC office if not based in NY Metro area
