Technical Events Manager (m/f/d)
(Technical AV Experience required)

To reinforce our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our Amsterdam site as soon as possible:
Your area of responsibility
- Comprehensive, autonomous planning and implementation of AV projects including operational assistance in Venues
- Direct contact with our Hotel and End-customers
- Compilation, management and monitoring of the project team as well as the involvement of external service providers
- Monitoring the trades and ensuring quality standards
- Close cooperation with the regional management and the sales managers
- Ensuring quality standards
Your profile
- Training as a specialist in event technology, event management or electrical engineering
or in related professions, study courses or further education
- Experience in audiovisual projects is required
- A typical day could include, making sure all rooms are set up properly for the daily guests. Hybrid sets, working wireless mics, connecting laptops from the client, testing internet. You would also be preparing productions, making quotes (also technical) have teams calls with clients, meeting the hotel sales team
- Good business understanding
- Strong service mentality and communication skills
- Responsible work
- Flexibility in operation times
- MS Office knowledge and knowledge of common drawing programs (CAD, Vectorworks)
- Very good Dutch and good English skills
- Representative appearance
- Valid Dutch driving license
