In this role, you'll develop smart, strategic measurement frameworks that bring clarity to complexity and value to our clients. You’ll partner across strategy, creative, and client services to uncover insights that inform decision-making and elevate experiences from good to great.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Build strategic measurement frameworks and KPIs that map to client objectives and experience goals.
- Oversee end-to-end measurement strategy across large-scale, high-impact experiential programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts to ensure innovation, quality, and consistency.
- Present insights with clarity and confidence to senior internal and client stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor—proactively surfacing opportunities and recommendations that add value.
Analyze & Activate
- Collect and analyze data across event tech, CRM, surveys, digital touchpoints, and more.
- Design intuitive dashboards and reports that surface insights and drive better decision-making.
- Translate complex data sets into compelling narratives that connect with stakeholders.
Innovate & Evolve
- Stay ahead of the curve on analytics tools, trends, and best practices in experiential measurement.
- Champion continuous improvement across data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Introduce methodologies that help quantify engagement, ROI, and brand impact.
Collaborate & Elevate
- Partner with cross-functional teams—Strategy, Creative, Production, Client Services—to embed data into every phase of the experience lifecycle.
- Support pitches, proposals, and new business efforts with strategic insights and proof of performance.
- Promote internal data fluency by sharing knowledge and upskilling teams around tools and tactics.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 5–7+ years of experience in data strategy, marketing analytics, or experiential insights—agency or event experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead strategic conversations and present to executive stakeholders.
- Fluency in Excel and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); SQL or Python a plus.
- Experience measuring performance across live, digital, and hybrid brand experiences.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—you bring data to life.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., pharma) is a strong plus.
