What You’ll Do:
On Location partners with National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and National Paralympic Committees (NPCs) to deliver world-class hospitality, travel, and cultural experiences for their athletes, stakeholders, and guests. As the Global Sales Partnerships Coordinator, NOCs, you will play a key role in managing and servicing these relationships to ensure seamless planning and execution for the Milano Cortina 2026 and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Partnerships, NOCs, this role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong client servicing, hospitality coordination, and project management skills. You will be the primary liaison for NOCs/NPCs, ensuring their hospitality needs are met while maximizing engagement and commercial opportunities.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Client Management & Servicing
- Act as the main point of contact for NOCs/NPCs, ensuring seamless communication and execution of their hospitality programs.
- Manage the fulfillment of hospitality, ticketing, and travel packages tailored to each NOC/NPC’s needs.
- Coordinate logistics for Athletes, Friends & Family (AF&F) programs, including accommodations, transportation, and premium experiences.
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and present hospitality packages, sales materials, and pricing options to NOCs/NPCs.
- Identify and execute opportunities to enhance Olympic hospitality offerings, including bespoke experiences such as NOC Hospitality Houses.
- Grow engagement and maximize sales opportunities through regular client contact and strategic initiatives.
- Program Execution & Operational Coordination
- Work cross-functionally with ticketing, accommodations, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of hospitality services.
- Oversee contracting, payment tracking, and fulfillment processes to ensure all commitments are met.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and elevate the client experience.
This is a client-facing, hospitality-driven role ideal for a proactive, service-oriented professional with a passion for Olympic events and premium experiences. Multi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 2 years+ Sales and Management Experience in sports or hospitality.
- Expertise and deep understanding of the Olympic and Paralympic Movements and the stakeholders therein, especially the NOCs and NPCs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, marketing, and sales skills
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules
- Multi-lingual preferred (English + at minimum one other language preferable French, Spanish, Russian or any other)
- Salesforce CRM expertise and Excel.
Travel:
Must be adaptable and flexible with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$60,000 annually
