WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Lead the daily trafficking and prioritization of all agency projects with support from other key agency departments to ensure client deliverables are achieved.
· Work with project leads to kick off new projects, develop timelines, set check in milestones and assign resources.
· Oversee the planning, task creation, and traffic management for all TEAM-owned channels including social, blog, and internal communications.
· Manage the incoming request inbox to determine priorities when triaging projects.
· Review scope and details of incoming requests, ensuring all necessary information is included to properly kick off, estimate, provide timeline and associated costs.
· Schedule briefing meetings as requested, noting deliverables and timing. Ask questions to ensure the brief is fully understood.
· Set up project and task details into our project management software platform, including due dates, specs, assets, etc.
· Assist with preparing estimates for resources required to execute projects.
· Assign projects and tasks, monitor bandwidth and utilization to maximize efficiency and output.
· Follow up with team members on job progress and update project leads.
· Lead weekly status meetings to track and communicate project statuses, pipeline projects, prioritization of projects, and resource bandwidth.
· Communicate daily progress with project leads and proactively identify any obstacles or delays in delivering a project within the timeline established.
· Manage file server organization for all project files.
· Help develop best practices to ensure operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
· 3+ years relevant Creative Traffic, Project Management and/or Agency experience
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike is a plus.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Key Note.
· Familiarity with budget tracking, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
· Highly responsive and accountable, able to enforce deadlines and responsibilities.
· Flexibility to be accessible after hours/weekends as needed.
· Personable and approachable demeanor, while maintaining accountability with others
· Proven ability to work efficiently across departments to achieve desired outcomes.
