The Role and What You'll Do:
160over90 is seeking an Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the, Executive Vice President, Accounts & Partnerships. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface and work with executive and senior level business leaders and their teams. The candidate will have the ability to effectively manage scheduling of calls, meetings and a high volume workload.
- Handle all scheduling related matters
- Provide phone support; organize calls, listen and proactively set follow up
- Complete expense reports using Concur
- Assist with conference room reservations, audio/visual equipment set up, catering for meetings and visitor registration
- Print and organize documents
- Research industry-related items for presentations and proposals
- Manage travel logistics, draft travel booklet itineraries/agendas
You Have These:
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills required
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$22.50 hourly
Hiring Range Maximum:
$30.00 hourly
