*This is an ONSITE Production role - events and experiential-based. This is a "boots on the ground" position- not a TV, film, video, or radio production role.

POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Manager to support our production team in the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, activations, and brand experiences. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position ideal for someone with a passion for production, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Must be comfortable multitasking to meet various and changing deadlines and be able to travel and work long hours on show days.
ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- 3 years of experience in event production, live events, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to professionally draft and manage emails and client correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support events and activations.
- Familiarity with technical production elements such as lighting, video, and audio.
- Experience with logistical planning, transportation coordination, and on-site production support.
- Ability to follow established procedures and workflows with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in high-pressure environments.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
- Manage production crew for events and activations
- Handle all event logistics pre and post events
- Preparing production schedule and call sheets
- Place orders to vendors
- Identify and resolve labor and production conflicts
- Keep management informed of progress, errors, changes, and issues
- Preparing expense sheet and controlling budget
- Able to work overtime during peak seasons
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Entertainment preferred
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of production in concerts or AV work. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Knows how to read CADs
- Familiarity with event budgeting and cost tracking.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate across entire organization along with being able to build relationships with external vendors and clients.
- Passionate individuals willing to immerse him/herself in their work.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time.
- Excellent communication skills: oral, written and listening.
-Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Should have good interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic “can do” attitude.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Domestic travel is required
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy while shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.
- Fast paced environment with peaks of intensity and increase in workloads.

- Flexibility and willingness to work unconventional hours (nights and weekends) when necessary. Must be able to lift assets of 40 lbs.
