POSITION SUMMARY
As Director of Agency Business Development, you will be a cornerstone of Loud And Live’s revenue generation and strategic growth engine. This role demands an ambitious, dynamic, and highly strategic individual who can craft and execute a compelling go-to-market plan, generate high-value leads, and drive sustained new business through consultative selling strategies. You will be charged with identifying and engaging with brand marketers looking for integrated marketing solutions that connect emotionally with consumers—through shopper/retail and experiential campaigns amplified by digital and traditional channels.
This role goes far beyond transactional sales—it requires a marketing-minded strategist who understands how to guide brands through Loud And Live’s unique value proposition, uncovering and solving complex marketing challenges while shaping meaningful, scalable partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vertical & Market Strategy Development:
Lead the development of vertical strategies to identify high-potential brand categories aligned with our experiential and integrated marketing capabilities. - Sales Pipeline Management:
Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline from identification through close. Develop processes and systems to maximize conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue growth. - Prospecting and Outreach Execution:
Research target industries and companies to create strategic, prioritized prospect lists. Develop and execute personalized, insight-driven outreach campaigns leveraging CRM tools and marketing assets. - Consultative Selling & Discovery:
Engage decision-makers and senior marketers in strategic discovery conversations. Assess client challenges, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to craft bespoke proposals. - Sales Enablement & Asset Development:
Partner with the Business Strategy and Solutions team to co-develop sales tools, pitch decks, capabilities presentations, and case studies tailored to vertical-specific brand needs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure alignment in solution delivery and account transition. - Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards. Deliver regular reports to executive leadership on pipeline health, revenue progress, and business trends.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 4 years in an integrated marketing or experiential agency environment.
- Proven track record of identifying, pitching, and winning six- and seven-figure brand marketing engagements.
- Experience working with Fortune 1000 brands across verticals such as CPG, retail, automotive, beverage/alcohol, lifestyle, and entertainment is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of experiential marketing and how to surround it with digital, social, influencer, content, and traditional media.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales process experience.
- Solid grasp of media trends, cultural marketing, and multicultural audience dynamics—especially U.S. Hispanic markets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build authentic relationships internally and externally with executive stakeholders.
