We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Technical Operations team, supporting hospitality services for the Olympic Games and other world-class international events. This role is instrumental in ensuring the planning, execution, and monitoring of ticketing and access control systems, contributing to a seamless guest experience and overall event success.
Reporting directly to the Senior Technical Operations Manager, the Junior Project Manager will assist in coordinating cross-functional tasks, managing ticketing workflows, supporting the deployment of ticketing platforms, and ensuring that all ticketing-related milestones are met. This is a dynamic opportunity to grow within a high-performing, global events team and gain hands-on experience in large-scale event ticketing and technical delivery.
Ticketing Coordination: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of ticketing operations, including timelines, system configuration, and stakeholder alignment for hospitality programs.
System Implementation: Assist with the setup, testing, and launch of ticketing systems (e.g., ticket issuance, scanning devices, access control) integrated with hospitality platforms.
Cross-functional Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams (ticketing, IT, guest services, event operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and coordination.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ticketing workflows, issue logs, and system configurations. Prepare reports for leadership on ticketing performance and system readiness.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate logistics for ticket distribution, system testing, staff onboarding, and event-day operational support.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within ticketing, event operations, or hospitality environments.
Familiarity with ticketing or access control systems (e.g., Eventim, Ticketmaster, Secutix, TixTrack, RFID/NFC platforms) is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project).

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
