Position Purpose
The Project Development Associate is a critical role inside of TAIT’s Envision capability, housing business development, project development, sales operations, and CRM functions. The Project Development Associate’s role is to support fundamental tasks for executive members of the team, often interfacing with the client to ensure that communication has been handled appropriately and schedules are aligned. The role will also serving as an active participant in client meetings where responsibilities will include coordination of travel, coordination of meeting material (including pitch deck and sales collateral) preparation, accurate notetaking, and follow up. The role must have a high attention to detail.
Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Schedule & Facilitate pitch presentations by preparing and running the pitch deck to ensure a smooth and professional delivery.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments to optimize the EVP’s time.
- Draft, proofread, and manage email correspondence and written materials.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for meetings.
- Take detailed notes, track action items, and follow up on deadlines.
- Organize and maintain records, reports, and files for easy access.
- Plan internal and external events, managing logistics, RSVPs, and vendors.
- Build relationships with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage expense reporting, invoices, and budget coordination.
- Leverage productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Asana to streamline processes.
- Manage updates in the CRM system based on communication with clients.
- Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.

Minimum Qualifications
To perform the essential responsibilities, individuals must have the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination. Additionally, the following certifications, knowledge, skills, or physical requirements are necessary for the position.
- 2+ years experience as an executive assistant or sales team coordinator inside of a complex organization.
- Education: HS diploma/ GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in the industries TAIT serves - as a consumer or a professional
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management software a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ie., Salesforce), a plus
