The Role and What You'll Do:
The main role of the Project Manager is to ensure that work coming in from the client flows through internal teams seamlessly from intake to delivery. In other words, the PM needs to understand and unite client expectations and requests and ensure the smooth production of deliverables from account, creative, production, video, and all other teams.
The PM will keep tabs on project deadlines, update all stakeholders and monitor progress. To do this, PM key responsibilities include:
- Working alongside account team leads to set objectives — timings, scopes, costs.
- Task planning with department leads and Creative Resourcing team.
- Play a key role in organizing project teams with account leadership.
- Key stakeholder for Project documentation Monitoring time management and tracking.
- Awareness of all client communications and able to create action items for the team.
- Working with Operations and Account leads for SOW creative, budgeting, and utilization planning.
- Assisting Operations and Account leads with headcount planning.
The right person for this role will be a true partner to the account lead and understand agency and creative process and be able to liaise between internal teams to facilitate communications, filter asks, and push the work forward.
The PM will be someone who can connect the dots across a highly matrixed environment within the client team and make sure everyone understands status and next steps at any given moment.
The PM will work closely with the Creatives to oversee process from conception to execution, having the benefit of a holistic perspective of all work along with maintaining a status of each individual project. The PM will be responsible for filtering and distributing incoming asks, facilitating timelines and internal check ins and consistently communicating with the Director, Creative Services.(is this Matt’s title?)
Key Tasks:
- Budgeting — creating, shepherding through development and implementation into agency systems, and tracking through regular report monitoring; Able to give recommendations at any stage of budgeting so ensure projects are scoped correctly.
- Resource Planning and Task Management — For creative, this means working with the Director of Creative Resourcing to assign the correct roles at the right allocations. For other departments, this means working with those team leads to understand who is the point person for each project based on bandwidth and knowledge base.
- Time monitoring — Related to budgeting, the PM should understand if we are over/under allocated time, what that means for our budget, what is driving any time spent, and be able to make recommendations to Account leads for any needed adjustments.
- Client Communications — Thought Account lead is the main point of contact with clients, the PM should also be able to be client-facing. As the keeper of timelines, the PM should join all client calls and be the account team’s right hand for discussion of budgets, resources, or next steps.
- Data — the PM will keep track of any account-related KPIs by monitoring our company platforms for hours, budget, and expenses.
You Have These:
- Fluency with Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency with project management software, especially Monday.com. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Well-versed in the information, assets and timing necessary across various types of projects
- Ability to build out timelines, breakout a phased approach to projects and schedule internal reviews for creative teams
- Ability to establish relationships across the Account Management team and work as a partner in pushing the work forward
- Able to set clear objectives and task ownership of responsibilities across a team.
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly through email and in-person
- Intuitive and takes initiative, the type of person that comes with solutions rather than problems
- Anticipates/prepares for next steps, engages people into the process that add value and influence outcomes, etc.
- Detail oriented; understands and pays attention to nuances
- Applies experience and knowledge from previous projects to new projects to increase efficiencies and effectiveness along the way
- A deep investment and interest in the work – needs to be proud of the process and output
- Not only traffics and keeps a status, but understands the work and strives for the best possible outcome
- Adaptable; can role with the punches and tweak approach to project when necessary
- Strengths in prioritization and time management

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$78,750 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
