The Role and What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer with strong visual thinking and craftsmanship across brand systems, print, digital platforms, and experiential environments. You understand how design lives holistically across mediums and applications, and you’re passionate about creating bold, meaningful work that connects with audiences, garners industry recognition, and reflects creative excellence.
In this role, you’ll concept, design, and execute a wide range of deliverables—from brand identities and campaign visuals to experiential touchpoints, digital content, and print. You have a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of typography, color, hierarchy, and layout. High-level presentation design skills are a must; motion design experience is a plus.
You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, bring original thinking to the table, and clearly articulate your ideas and rationale. Most importantly, you value craftsmanship, teamwork, and pushing creative boundaries while staying grounded in strategy.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Apply strong design fundamentals: typography, color, composition, and detail
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop outstanding creative
- Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
- Contribute ideas and creative thinking in team discussions
- Stay current on design trends and industry shifts; share relevant insights
- Receive and apply feedback constructively throughout the creative process
- Partner with Project Managers to build and deliver compelling client presentations
- Review work for alignment with brand guidelines and creative expectations
- Balance speed and precision under tight deadlines
- Communicate clearly and proactively about project status and challenges
- Collaborate with media teams to test, refine, and evolve creative based on performance
- Provide technical input and contribute to creative process improvements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience at a branding studio, design firm, or ad agency
- Strong typography, layout, and image composition skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint
- Cross-platform experience in design, photography, film, animation, and mixed media
- Awareness of current design trends and best practices
- Degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related field
- Basic understanding of motion design and CGI (a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Strong time management and ability to deliver under pressure
- Adaptable, with a growth mindset and curiosity for learning
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player
- Ability to handle multiple projects while staying calm and focused
- Strong archiving and organizational habits
- Flexible availability, including occasional nights/weekends
- Interest in the evolving landscape of design, tech, and culture

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
